Oblong on four ball and claw feet, the gallery rim pierced with a garland, with gadrooned borders, the field with pen well and two gadrooned inkwell holders, with two square glass inkwells with circular hinged covers and rims, the center engraved with a presentation inscription 1912 SAXONE 1948 PRESENTED TO WILLIE HARTLEY WITH THE BEST WISHES OF THE DIRECTORS ON THE OCCASION OF HIS RETIREMENT, marked on body, each inkwell holder, covers and rims
