On a shaped triangular base cast with scrolling acanthus leaves, rising to a rocaille stem with climbing putti and flowers, supporting five acanthus-clad branches and central socket, the wax-pans, sockets and nozzles with conforming decoration, the base engraved with a coat-of-arms and two crests, marked on base, branches, sockets and nozzles
