The cinquefoil frame on four shell-form feet and scroll legs, with leaf-clad central standard, the caster frame applied with rococo cartouche engraved with a crest, the frame supporting two cut-glass bottles with silver mounts, one large silver caster and two smaller casters, each of baluster form with spiral fluting, the detachable domed covers with spiral fluting and piercing and flame finial, one cover blind, with an additional bottle mount, the casters and bottle mounts engraved with a crest, marked on base of frame and standard, base and cover of each caster
