MARK OF H. MATTHEWS, BIRMINGHAM 1896
curved rectangular, the front enamelled with a scene of a Scottish gentleman seated with a bottle of whisky, his ancestors climbing from surrounding portraits to share in the bottle, "Dewars Perth Whisky" above, "John Dewar and Sons Ltd.....The Whisky of His Forefathers below, the reverse with engraved presentation inscription, To Frederick N.Martinez from Thos.R.Dewar. 1898 -- 8.4cms.
