1770-1815, incised B mark for Flight or impressed crowned BFB for Barr, Flight & Barr or FBB for Flight, Barr & Barr to most pieces, pattern no. 1751
Painted in the blue, red, pink variation of the imari palette with alternate spiral panels radiating from a central mon of puce and iron-red flowers and a blue ground reserved and edged in gilt with similar flowers, comprising:
A Flight cylindrical teapot and cover, incised B, with harp handle
A cylindrical teapot and cover
A Flight cream-jug, incised B mark
A Flight sugar-bowl and cover, incised B mark
A large waste bowl
A Flight, Barr & Barr waste bowl, impressed crowned FBB mark
Two muffineers (domes lacking), incised B mark for Flight to one, impressed crowned BFB for Flight, Barr & Barr to the other
Eight Barr, Flight & Barr breakfast cups and saucers, one cup and five saucers with impressed crowned BFB mark
Fourteen Flight hemispheric teacups, incised B marks to most, thirteen with ring handles, one with a harp handle
Fifteen Flight tapering cylindrical coffee-cups, incised B mark to most
Seventeen various saucers, incised B mark to some
