Circa 1735, blue crossed swords mark
Of baluster form with gilt mask spout and shell-form thumb rest atop the wishbone handle, finely painted on each side with European merchants at a riverbank overseeing the offloading of cargo brought ashore from galleons by smaller boats, the ships sailing off in the distance, reserved on the powdered purple ground within a gilt-edged quatrefoil cartouche
