The circular enamel dial with Roman and Arabic chapter ring surmounted by trailing rose bouquets tied with a bow-knot, the neck surrounded with a laurel swag and flanked by a military trophy to one side and love trophy to the other, on a shaped rectangular foliate-cast base on tapering bun feet, possibly lacking further elements at sides
