Late 18th century, the hardstone probably associated
The eared rounded rectangular top with central bird on cherry branch framed by a trellis with stars to the corners, above a conforming frieze with drawer to one side, on cabriole legs headed by a roundel and terminating in sabots, replacements in paste to the roundels to top of legs, left back leg partially reveneered, partially remounted, the drawer inscribed to underside 'J-78X, the frame with paper label inscribed '4983'
