probably a 19th century reproduction of a Renaissance ring, with box setting enclosing four rose-cut drop shape brown diamonds forming a point, with grotesque mask and torso shoulders to a graduating dot shank, the whole with white and pale blue enamel decoration, the shoulders with ruby points.
