Gouache, gold and silver on paper, Jain style with Sultante influence, depicting Devi seated on a mythical creature, preceeded by a similar beast, in battle against foot soldiers, mounted -- 10.5 x 11.8cm; and a painting of two mythical creatures locked in combat, Rajasthan or Western India, circa 1790, mounted -- 17.5 x 16.2cm.
