The cinquefoil frame on four shell-form feet and scroll legs, with baluster shaped central standard, the caster frame applied with a rococo cartouche engraved with a crest, the frame supporting two cut-glass bottles with silver mounts, one large silver caster and two smaller silver casters, each of baluster form with chased and pierced decoration and flame finial, marked on base of frame and standard, base and cover of each caster, the bottle mounts mark of Charles Thomas & George Fox, 1857, London
