The goddess in the form of a scorpion's body, her upper human part with protective 'vulture' headdress, uraeus, crown of uraei, surmounted by sun disk between cow's horns, her hands outstretched in front of her, a chased inscription around the base invokes Isis to give life to the donor, mounted
