Comprising a Kerman or Bactrian axe with rounded blade, the shaft with downward flaring 'tail', pierced by rivet-hole on both sides of shaft socket, red patination; three others with similar protruding 'tails', two with crescentic blades, 9¼ in. (23.5 cm.) long max.; a crescentic axe with central rear tang, each end of the blade and tang pierced for rivets, 7½ in. (19 cm.) long; and a miniature Elamite axe, the shaft with incised 'eyes' and protruding knob butt, crescentic blade, 8.5 cm. long (6)
