Cf. M. Maaskant-Kleibrink, Catalogue of the Engraved Gems in the Royal Coin Cabinet The Hague, The Hague, 1978, p. 200, no. 441, for similar.

The name Lucius in Greek lettering is likely to refer to the owner of the stone.
