THE OUTSTANDING CELLAR OF AN EAST COAST WINE LOVER. A CELLAR LITERALLY JAMMED FROM WALL TO WALL WITH RARE AND FINE WINES FROM ALMOST ALL THE WORLD'S TOP WINE PRODUCING REGIONS

This cellar comes to us from a man who has a genuine love of wine and for over forty years he has been exploring its wonders. Rarely more than case was ever purchased and the wines offered here are what is left from a life long search to taste and enjoy the very best in the world of wine.

Almost everything post 1955 was purchased on release and has been stored in the same great cellar ever since. The cellar itself is located underground and is refridgerated, due to its proximity to water it also has a very high humidity level.

Now due to health reasons, sadly the owner can no longer consume alcohol so the time has come to pass these on for other fine wine enthusiasts to enjoy. With regard to provenance and storage this cellar is as good as they come and having had several bottles from it, including Mouton 1970, a wine notorious for not storing well, I can attest to the fine condition of all wines tasted. There will be a number of wines from this cellar at the pre-sale tasting for buyers to assess for themselves. We rarely see them like this anymore, without question, a cellar not to be missed!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the superb temperature and humidity maintained in this cellar all wines have damp-stained and bin-soiled labels.
