ECHEZEAUX BY JAYER
The three Jayer brothers own 2 ha. of the famous Echézeaux vineyard, that their father acquired in the early part of the 20th. century. Since Henri Jayer retirement in the early 1980s his nephew Emmanuel Rouget takes care of the vines. However, the three brothers still get to vinify part of the wine for their personal disposal. Henri Jayer is responsible for the vinification and élévage of his brother George' s wine. Which gives us the famous Henri for Georges Jayer.
