cover 1864 (23 Aug.) printed "NOTICE OF OBJECTION" wrapper addressed to Ipswich, bearing 1862-64 3d. tied by circular London "W.C/2" cancellation and showing fine strike of the large red "NOTICE" h.s. at left; the strike and adhesive crossed by heavy filing crease and the wrapper refolded but still a good example of this marking being especially rare on a stamped cover.
