Recently removed from a New York City cellar.

Château Mouton-Rothschild--Vintage 1979
Pauillac, 1er cru classé
Level: bottom neck, bin soiled label
Clear red, light garnet colour, mature. Pleasant bramble aroma. Warm clean soft currant fruit. Now fully mature and very enjoyable: smooth tannins, round and balanced, and continuing onto to the finish. Needs food, great for the year. Drink up. 08/2002 DW
