Set with an oval-cut fancy light pink diamond weighing 5.27 carats, suspended from a navette-shaped rose-cut diamond surmount and pear-shaped rose-cut diamond top within a circular-cut diamond heart-shaped frame, to the oval-link chain, mounted in 18k white and pink gold, 41.3 cm.
With certificate 12386042 dated 4 February 2003 from the Gemological Institute of America stating that the diamond is fancy light pink, natural colour
