240 Q, with nickel finished lever movement, 27 jewels, 22k gold micro-rotor, the silvered dial with applied Breguet numerals, gilt moon-style hands, three subsidiary dials indicating month combined with leap year indicator, date combined with phases of the moon, day combined with 24 hour indicator, the tonneau-shaped case with snap on back, together with an 18k gold Patek Philippe buckle, case, dial and movement signed
