A good 19th-Century French craniometer set,
unsigned, in a fitted wooden case -- 49.5cm. (19½in.) wide

The set comprises three brass instruments, two of which consist of simple measuring indexes, the third with numerous movable arms and scales. Two of the components are stamped 221 and BREVET S.G.D.G. The fabric-covered case is lined with red felt and has two brass catches and a carrying handle.
