Circa 1854
The first wearing sailor's garb, modelled standing with his left arm resting on a cannon, on titled shaped oval gilt line base (slight cracks, chip to base), the figure of the English sailor modelled standing wearing sailor's garb, his left hand on his hip and his right supporting a flag (minor restoration to flag)
