The titled figures Circa 1855, the maiden Circa 1845
The first modelled with Florence Nightingale to the right, wearing a flowing dress in white with a coloured veil in her hair, standing beside a seated wounded officer in military uniform enriched in gilt, on an oval base with moulded title MISS NIGHTINGALE; the second modelled with Christ swathed in white robes standing on a clock between two children on pillars, his hand on their heads, on an oval base with gilt moulded title FORBID THEM NOT; the third modelled as a maiden in white, looking to the right, wearing a buttoned bodice and full skirt holding a yellow hat, her hand to her head, on a moulded oval base (rubbing to gilding, minor hairline cracks)
