A Worcester barrel-shaped teapot and cover
Circa 1770
With bud finial, painted with Orientals in a garden below an iron-red and gilt border painted with loose sprays of flowers and scattered sprigs, with shaped brown-line rim and shell-moulded thumbpieces, the bowl printed, painted and gilt with Oriental figures among furniture, one plate painted in gilt with the 'Dragons in Compartments' pattern
4¾ in. (12.1 cm.) high, 8¼ in. (21 cm.) wide
