A Spode part dessert service Circa 1820, iron-red pattern no. 1713 to some pieces
Printed, painted and gilt in the Imari palette with sprays of peony and chrysanthemum, the border moulded with dolphins between gilt lines, comprising:
An oval comport with swan handles
Three oval dishes (some damages and repairs)
Four square dishes (one with rim chip)
Two shell-shaped dishes (stapled repairs)
Two sauce-tureen covers with swan finials (damages and repairs)
Eight plates (one cracked)
(minor wear generally)

No VAT will be charged on the hammer price, but VAT at 17.5% will be added to the buyer's premium which is invoiced on a VAT inclusive basis
