A Moore Bros. centrepiece
Circa 1880, impressed mark
The bowl of circular section and slightly tapering form, applied with hydrangea flowers and leaves, supported on a stem flanked by two scantilly-clad putti, one forging arrows, the other using bellows to stoke a fire on which rest two arrows, on shaped oval vase with gilt border painted in black with a stylised Greek key pattern.
