AN UNUSUAL FAMILLE VERTE GUGLET

The globular body moulded with vertical narrow flutes, enamelled with flowers of the Four Seasons, prunus, peony, lotus and chrysanthemum, between a band of iron-red diaper on the shoulder and lotus petals around the foot, the flaring neck and cup-shaped upper section enamelled with further flowering branches divided by a horizontal flange, the underside with an unusual unencircled underglaze blue floral mark, rim crack, minor rim chips restored
