FIRST EDITION of N. Volkyr de Serouville's translation into French, re-using the full-page woodblocks from Wechel's first Latin edition of 1532, which in turn are dependent on Steiner's cuts in his 1529 German edition. Brunet V, 1162; Mortimer, Harvard French, 488.
