Letters patent, Westminster, 21 May 1610, an inspeximus at the request of Meriell Littleton, widow, of grants to the Abbey of Halesowen, including the right of free warren, a market, fair and other privileges, INITIAL LETTER PORTRAIT in pen and ink of the King crowned, holding sword and orb, with an armorial and foliate border in pen and ink, certifying signatures of John Tyndale and Henry Thoresby, in Latin in a chancery hand on vellum, one membrane, 590 x 740mm (some rubbing and a few holes), Great Seal pendant on a vellum tag (intact but rubbed).
