The rim inscribed and dated GERRIT SCHIMMEL ME FECIT ANNO 1664, the body with two bands of arabesques and grotesques respectively
7 1/8in. (17.9cm.) diameter; 5 13/16in. (14.8cm.) high;
and a bronze pestle, 17th century -- 8¾in. (22.2cm.) long (2)
