A 19th century gold, diamond, star sapphire and enamel brooch,
probably by Carlo Giuliano, the pale blue/grey central star sapphire within a diamond surround and black enamel border to an outer edging of smaller star sapphires, the later brooch fitting with re-attached makers plaque.
