A gold and silver inlaid bronze square Hu vase, 18th Century
the upper section with a continuous relief moulded panel decorated with archaic taotie on a liewen ground, interspersed with two arched flanges and two small shaped handles, above lappets similarly decorated -- 12¼in. (31.2cm.) high.
