depicting Shoulao seated on one side of a recumbent deer above a foliate decorated cloth, the bearded immortal holding a scroll in one hand, the animal's head turned to one side holding a lingzhi spray in its mouth, the creamy stone carved to the underside forming the cup -- 4 7/8in. (12.3cm.) high.
