Super-chancery 4° (196 x 143mm). Gothic type. Some initials supplied in later ink. (A little staining in first 3 quires.) 19th-century pastepaper boards backed with 15th-century ms. in vellum, red speckled edges. Provenance: Joannes Antonius de ?Spislatis April 1543 (inscription) -- Trivulzio, unidentified college (17th-century inscription) -- Varallo seminary (19th-century inscription).
