The document records the award of title to four messuages in the parish of St Bride in the City of London, formerly property of Sir Andrew Wyndesore and his wife Anne, to Stephen Punchon, in return for an annuity, and arrears. The document is dated half-way through More's four-year period as Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, whose territorial possessions were widely scattered.
