A Victorian silver-gilt dessert service,
chased vine pattern, each piece engraved with two crests, comprising: a pair of grape shears, six large serving spoons, six smaller spoons, and a sifting spoon and a cream ladle with shell-fluted bowls, with a matching knife and fork with tapering handles decorated with vines and ears of corn, in a plush-lined coromandel fitted case with vacant brass cartouche, Martin Hall & Co., Sheffield 1874, 1875 and 1879 - weight excluding knife and fork 36oz.
