the former of inverted pear shape and with a baluster finial, the body engraved with a crest, maker's initials probably I.D., London 1758 - 4¾in. (12cm.), the latter also of inverted pear shape and with a vase-shaped finial, maker's mark indistinct, London 1790 - 5in. (12.75cm.)
