the complete set of twelve etchings and aquatints in colours, on Richard de Bas, watermark 'Au vent d'Arles', with title, text and justification, the etchings both in- and hors-text, the justification signed in ink by the artist and author, copy number 34/100 (there were also thirty de luxe copies in Roman numerals and twenty hors-commerce copies aside from the edition), the plates with some offsetting, some occasional pale discoloration, otherwise each plate generally in good condition, binding by Jean Duval, bound in a contemporary black morocco-backed blue silk-covered boards with grey paper collage in the form of a bird, the spine titled, within a blue silk slipcase, faded, otherwise the slipcase generally in good condition (book)
