The shaped circular stepped base with incurved sides, on four foliate feet, two cast draped figures seated on the textured base amid fruit and foliage, the female figure holding a tambourine, the male figure with a laurel wreath, the fluted stem supporting four bifurcated foliage-wrapped arms each with detachable circular drip-pan, acorn shaped socket cast with acanthus foliage and plain detachable nozzle, the finial formed as a cast figure of blindfolded Cupid with bow and arrow, marked under base, on platform, and on sockets, drip-pans and nozzles, the foot-rim additionally stamped HANCOCKS & CO 39 BRUTON ST. LONDON
