Mark of J. Wagner & Sohn, Berlin, the bowl dated 1900
The spirally fluted bowl with lightly gilt interior and on baluster stem with spreading square base on four foliate scroll feet, with shell and scroll borders, the modified King's pattern sifting-spoon with pierced fig-shaped bowl, each engraved with WR monogram with Royal Prussian crown above for Emperor Wilhelm II, the bowl marked on base, the spoon on handle
