"Most recently, decanted 5:45 pm, first noted at 7:15 p: deep rich opaque core; earth and iron. By 8:45 pm it was 'showing its all': fairly sweet , rich, touch of iron, dry finish, drinking well. Two hours later, the remains in my glass exuded a soft, rich mocha.
