A pair of Sevres-style gilt-metal mounted vases and covers
19th Century
Of tapering cylindrical form, the covers with gilt-metal-mounted berry finial, painted with fruit and flowers within a raised-gilt shaped-oval cartouche, reserved on a dark-blue ground, mounted with scrolling foliate Louis Quinze style mounts with satyr masks to the side (one cover with riveted repair, one vase with a hairline crack to side)
