A Meissen part tea-service
Circa 1745, blue crossed swords marks, gilder's 34. to teapot, milk-jug and slop-basin and 24. to teabowls and saucers, four teabowls with Pressnummer 68
Each piece painted with battle-scenes within elaborate shaped gilt ombrierte scroll cartouches within Gitterwerk borders, comprising:

A bullet-shaped teapot and cover with faceted bird's head spout and wishbone handle (cracked through handle above lower terminal, small chip to tip of spout, some wear to gilt rims and spout)
A baluster hot-milk jug (divided crack to rim, spout restored, chip to footrim, wear to gilding)
A slop-basin (wear to Gitterwerk below rim of interior)
Five teabowls (wear to Gitterwerk)
Six saucers (some wear to cartouches and borders)
