the oblong section base with four scroll motif feet, with a central engraved coat-of-arms, with two pens rests and supports for the two silver-mounted cut glass bottles, with a central container with a taperstick form cover and an engraved inscription - 25.3cm. (10in.) long, 30oz. weighable silver.
