27-460 Q, with nickel-finished lever movement, 37 jewels, Gyromax balance, free sprung regulator, 18K gold rotor, movement stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva, the silvered matte dial with applied gold baton and dot indexes, gold dauphine hands, apertures for day and month, subsidiary dial indicating date combined with phases of the moon, the circular case with enlarged bezel, downturned lugs, snap on back (No. 314572 Ref. 3448), case and movement signed by maker, dial signed by maker and retailer

This watch is accompanied by its original Patek Philippe Certificat d'Origine et de Garantie as well as booklets from the time of original sale. There is also a card from Hausmann & Co. with hand written notation from the purchaser stating that the watch was bought in 1966. It is also accompanied by an associated 18K gold woven mesh bracelet.

Patek Philippe began production of reference 3448 with the 27-460 Q calibre movement in 1962. Only 586 examples were made.
