Lot Essay

Patek Philippe launched the reference 5100 in the year 2000 to celebrate the new millennium. It was the first wristwatch the firm produced to feature a ten-day power reserve.

Only 3000 total pieces were produced: 1,500 in yellow gold; 750 in pink gold; 450 in white gold; and 300 in platinum.
