A PAIR OF 50-BORE IRISH PERCUSSION OVERCOAT PISTOLS

Each with polygroove-rifled etched twist octagonal sighted barrel, the top flat engraved 'Dublin' and stamped with Co. Meath registration number, case-hardened patent breech, scroll engraved tang, signed border engraved back-action lock decorated with scrollwork, figured walnut three-quarter stock (minor bruising), chequered butt, scroll engraved iron mounts including trigger-guard with pineapple finial, silver escutcheons engraved respectively with owner's initials and crest, and stirrup ramrod
