A CARTHAGINIAN GLASS HEAD PENDANT
Circa 5th-4th Century B.C.
Rod-formed of turquoise glass, with an opaque white face, ears and nose, the eyes blue on white on blue, with opaque yellow for the blob earrings and open mouth, trailed-on dark blue and opaque white for the twisted head-band, surmounted by a ridged turquoise suspension loop
