AN EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN CORE-FORMED GLASS AMPHORISKOS
Circa 2nd-Mid 1st Century B.C.
Cobalt blue in color, the conical body with rounded shoulders, a long cylindrical neck and inward-sloping disk rim, with applied opaque white and yellow marvered threads attached at the rim and wound spirally along the body, tooled into a feather pattern in the middle of the body, with twin transparent green vertical handles and knob base
