A Pair of Meissen kakiemon plates
Circa 1740, blue crossed marks, puce and gilt HM monogram
Painted with a phoenix in flight above flowering shrubs issuing from pierced blue rockwork beside banded hedges, the borders with three trailing flowering branches, shaped brown line rims (minor rubbing to enamels)
